Hi H...
Sorry - I am usually around at the time you posted that message, but I have really been overdoing it for the last 2 weeks which meant my going to sleep a lot earlier than usual - and coming on here in the evening later than usual. Hope you had a good day. Looking for the positive can be very difficult sometimes. I myself have slipped a bit in doing just that but the reason being is that I have been working ever hour God gave. I don't care much for money as I am not a materialistic person, so I don't know why I am doing it all. These lessons are life-long. We are always learning as we go.
Great words from the Hatster there - we have only got it worse to come
Cheers Hat!!

Sorry H.... end of a very hard week, but I have just described a lovely picture of the view from my home in the Summerland in my daily message to LDN. Gail is very fortunate to have seen some amazing things in recent times which would make the more hardened skeptic question their principles.
I am sure you have said before, but whereabouts are you in the States that causes things to be so cold? Here in the UK it is still hanging on at around 10deg C, which is quite remarkable for this time of the year.
OK - and if you want cheering up, I will tell you what happened to my friend today. He had an appointment to get some glands checked that had appeared right by his er, testicular region. The doctor he had seen up until now was the textbook, balding, overweight chap you might expect of the UK health service... but no, he wasn't available today. So instead, he had to "endure" his assistant... long black curly hair, deep set eyes, perfect cheekbones and along with the usual white coat was wearing skin-tight jeans. My friend was then in a situation whereby said doctor had to touch and feel his testicular region for a good few minutes... I will leave the rest to your imagination... poor bloke

Oh Lovey I feel for you. I grew up in the Chicago burbs and lived in the city until last year when my husband and I moved here to SF. I really blew it by trying to get off Cymbalta during this huge change as it's prevented us from really settling into our new city and we really don't have much of a support system here, BUT I really can't complain about the weather. We go out for walks nightly and go on longer hikes every weekend which is so helpful right now. SF is no LA, it's definitely cooler here but it doesn't go below 50s during the day and it's reliably very steady (the constant ups and downs in the midwest were really hard on me). Oh and it's SO BEAUTIFUL here! It's winter and its lush and green everywhere

Iun, i don't even mind snow so much as the flat vacant gray sky. I'm off to dreamland now where I will be at the beach.

All things we happily left behind when we fled Chicago! Turns out this is a "cold" winter here in the Bay and it hasn't gone below 50 during the day.
With that said, Lovey I think you'd love San Diego! Northern California is too cold to go swimming, plus it's just crazy expensive up here. But I hear San Diego is amazing

Very odd - someone else said this earlier - I forget who - been a busy forum day.
I have just checked and it is still working for me. I will move the hosting if this carries on, in the meantime, drop me your email over PM H and I will send it over to you.
