Scrats, same here, as long as it's not scary. I'd like to hear about a few stories. I've had a few also.

Axeljames

This is the medical research I have found on the use of supplements and nutrition in the treatment of ADHD. These are very technical so if you have questions please let me know. Also, if there is any subject you would like further info on just say the word.

                                     ADHD Supplements
https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC4170184/
An article summarizing the effects of certaain supplements on ADHD
One note - "Some evidence suggests that polyunsaturated fatty acid formulations with higher eicosapentaenoic acid may be more effective in improving ADHD symptoms."
They are refering to Omega 3 high in epa.

The olod posts are filled with many stories of odd body pains including in the chest, stomach and abdomen. Cymbalta can dull a lot of nerve pain that is why they use it as a last resort pain killer. Once the Cymbalta is removed those nerves become super sensitive and over react to everything. It will eventually fade slowly.

Perfectly normal. It is a function of the Amygdala and hippocampus which is where the drug emotion withdrawal effects come from

Now, AxleJames, you need to write down all the things that must be addressed to your doctor on Friday.

We have spoken how Adderall can make your life much easier and in a rather rapid way.
Please, write it all down.

Sorry - I have been at hospital all day. But yes, parapsychology.

I worry to tell people as it makes me sound like I come off a bit hatstand, a sandwich short of a picnic.

But I have seen heavy furniture move by itself, I have seen big oak doors rattle almost off their hinges. This last one was at Dover Castle, UK, in the main keep area where the doors are locked as they open up to a big drop in the middle to the ground some 100ft below. There is no ledge or anything behind it, so it is quite impossible for someone to have been the other side. The first was at Chatham Dockyard in Kent UK where I was asked to observe during an all nighter, and it occurred when some of the other crew were making fools of themselves.

Feel free to check both out for history and sightings. I know some people choose to ignore it, and that is fine. I am just very curious and like to see things for myself.

We're here for you Axle. We may not be on here all the time to respond right away, but everyone in this forum is rooting for you.

Try to focus on things one task at a time. Win that task, then focus on the next one. Win that next task, then focus on the next one.

Every single day at least once I feel like quitting - just curling up in a ball and crying. Or quitting my job and checking myself in somewhere to get my head right. But I keep on plugging through because I know things will eventually get better, and they will for you too.

Most research shows that antidepressant withdrawal is a total of 1 to 2 years with a max of 3 to 4 years. Now of course that is without  any treatment like another AD or  benzo/hydroxyzine/clonidine treatment.
