Adderall can increase the fight or flight response in some people and it does usually fade with time as your body builds tolerance.

You are correct. You might also check your bp during these events as low bp can cause that sensation also.
I check my watch and usually my pulse is around 75 to 95 bpm and I try to look at my average bp cause thats what garmin shows and it looks normal but not sure.

You need to check blood pressure not only pulse. But it sounds like you have got a bit of derealisation going on as well, which is often the case with some of these meds.
You sure aren't dying AJ. These meds change stuff going on in your brain and they can have you thinking stuff well out of the scope of reality. Trust me - it will pass. You have had a lot of ups and downs and there is not much equilibrium going on at the moment.
The problem is that we tend to accept whatever our brain tells us as fact. If you had a broken leg, you wouldn't think you couldn't walk ever again, or that there is something "really wrong" with your leg. It is broken and it takes time to heal.
Same goes with the brain

I did have an interesting epiphany the other day. Back in 2018 when this all started if I had the signs and things I had asked for from God if I didnt gain some doubt in wether there is an afterlife or not if I still had the confidence I had at one time. I would have ended my life. I truly believe God has kept those things from me to protect me and give me a long and fruitful life.

Once a stomach gets upset it can take several weeks to totally settle down. My wife and I have silent reflux (a form of heartburn) and when it flairs up it can take 4 to 6 weeks to settle down. Of course stomach issues are even worse with withdrawals and will certainly last basically as long as significant withdrawal is present.

Absolutely what Hat said. Often a post-trauma effect, so does not necessarily accompany anxiety.
And once kicked off, it needs to settle. Just like when I get hives from stress. They typically occur after the stress trigger and then take a few days to clear up.

Light exercise is fine - I too have put on a few pounds for the same reason. I went on a 3km walk yesterday - when I got to the hill I crapped myself as I was getting to out of breath!
Creeps up on us all.
Wondering if Hat will "weigh in" on this one
I hope so maybe shed some wisdom on it for me LOL

Losing weight is always tough and right not you have enough issues. Just focus on feeling better. The weight will wait (You get that?). You can deal with that later. One battle at a time.
