One other thing so when my dr made the change he was getting ready to up my dose to 100 mg of zoloft or give me 10 mg of lexapro i decided on the lexapro cause zoloft makes me not feel anything just very  numb so i think that is why he did the 10 mg if that makes sense

Fair enough but that still isn't a good idea to go to the next dose on a different drug. Your system still needs to get the taper sorted out.

You may find that you are fine with the swap, but feeling anxiety is par for the course. Changing meds is enough to cause anxiety.

So you have now stopped the Zoloft altogether?

Still anxious...normal. It takes antidepressants arounf 4 to 8 weeks to kick in so whether you stuck with the Zoloft or went to the Lexapro you have a ways to go to get feeling better.

Prozac is considered the easiest to come off of by most people with Zoloft and Lexapro a close second. Zoloft is considered to have more stomach issues while Lexpro more emotional issues. Of course that is not scientific, just from forums so take it with a grain of salt.

Well if you have started the 10mg, just stick with it and see how it goes - but it is a potent drug. Will be interesting to see how it works out for you.

So far my muscles just feel tired all the time. Like I am physically tired but that could just be anxiety

The drosiness isn't unusual for any cross taper to a different antidepressant and should fade in the first few weeks after you get to full effect. About another 4 to 6 weeks.

GI issues are very common with these drugs. It has come about as a result of the change in meds. It will pass in time.

That's not crazy at all. I do the same. It is a normal rites of passage when going through this.

You think about it because of the way it has been set out in your brain before. Then when the triggers are there staring you in the face, it is almost impossible not to do it.

What happens if I tell you not to think about a pink elephant for the next 30 seconds?!

What are you thinking about?!

:)

is it true adderall stimulates your fight or flight ? If so is it temporary as you build up tolerance ?
