I have been reducing it from 60mg to 30mg from 23rd August 2017, then totally get rid off Cymbalta.
What are the precautions that I need to take care?

Thank you

For most people that is way too fast. Normally a 3 month slow wean is typical. The FDA and manufacturer warn of seizures, suicide  and other serious symptoms with that fast of a withdrawal. However you are not suffering that bad right now. About 20% have little to no withdrawal symptoms. If things start to get bad then immediately go back to 60 mg and stabilize. You can bead count from there.

Most of us recommend 2000 mg of omega 3 per day, stay hydrated and maybe some vitamin C.

Be careful and don't hesitate to go back to 60 if you need to.

Once stable, I will bead count until totally withdrawal.
I do not know that is too fast before I joined Cymbaltawithdrawal.com
I am not suffering depression.
