My sister has been researching magnesium supplementation and sent me these links. I'm skeptical because the "research" she's been doing is on a "magnesium advocacy" facebook page, and the people there seem to think that magnesium will cure EVERYTHING. But these studies look decently legit...what do you guys think? Helpful during this weaning process? Helpful going forward once I'm off cymbalta? I still haven't decided if I want to do a cross taper onto something else. Today was my first day bead-counting to 55mg, down from 60mg (and down from 90mg back in January).
