What's really humorous about the "1 percent or more" is that "100 percent or less" means the same thing! I wonder if the lawyers picked up on that little insult to everyone's intelligence.

It still loads for me, but there are many variables on why it might not load. Try this:

 

If you google Reuters.com you can go the search window in the top right-hand corner and enter Eli Lilly. The article on Eli Lilly will come up and you can click on it.

They mention 2% instead of 1%...not much difference in that stupidity!

They lost the 2nd case in Federal Court Los Angeles today. Grrrrrrr....the judge shortened the trial.

Perhaps the Judge should be put on Cymbalta for a few months and then be made to cold turkey off...
