For some reason my lab top won't let me copy and paste anything to this website. I can copy and paste to other sites, ones that even use the same format as well as to my various word processing/spreadsheet programs. I CAN copy and paste to this website IF I use another computer. Any ideas? Thanks

FH,
Don't know the answer to that, but I can't get Adguard to connect any more - it's been about a week now and it was fine for the past year.
I detest being so technically-challenged !

Liz, AdGuard is an annual subscription ... did you pay again at the end of the year?
Mine quit on me, too ... right about when yours did (we both got it around the same time, when all that hoo-ha with advertising happened) ... I can't bear the ads, so paid up right away ... they had a special renewal deal going ...
If you need a link, let me know.

I never got a message regarding a renewal and have been going back and forth with their (wherever they are located) Support Dept. No one ever mentioned a new subscription and I even downloaded the stupid Team Viewer so that they could try working from my computer, and nothing works. They couldn't connect it either!

Well FN, nothing. When I clicked on that upper left box all the other icons went inactive. I could type but nothing else including copy or paste. I compared the settings on all of these icons to the settings for this same website on my other computers and they match. what the hey? Oh Well.

FH ... weird ... (but then again, this site has some "issues" as a whole) .... after you switch to text only mode in the message box, you're using the "highlight text, ctrl +c" and "put cursor at new location, ctrl + v" ?
TFL... also weird ... have you tried removing the entire AdGuard program from your computer, and then downloading / Installing it fresh?
If you can't get the program to work, be sure to make them refund the balance of your $$ to you!

Thanks, FN...
Yep, I have removed the program twice and downloaded it again and their support dept. keeps asking me when I am available to have them help me.
One time I called and that was when I got one of their reps to use Team Viewer to access my computer - he messed around unloading and downloading and whatever else and he couldn't get it to connect either.
Guess I'll have to call again...

TFL
Most of us aren't rich (I'm certainly not), but sometimes an upgrade is necessary and it always costs a little more up front. But if it's a wise investment it will pay off in multiples in the long run.
This was my experience when I delivered every PC I owned to the recycling bin and bought a Mac. That was more than a decade ago, and it was one of the most satisfactory decisions I've made in my entire life!
