I can really relate to that but in my case it is one of my brothers. Luckily distance helps heal wounds. lol

I don't mind the snow. I even love to shovel it but my shoulder and back wish I wouldn't

Thank you Liz.
The physical exercise is good for relieving my stress. I'm pretty good about lifting with my legs but when the snow is above my head, i do put too much strain on my back and shoulder.
