Thank you, Gail! We would never let anything happen to our beloved Max
PS I will be more than happy to say hi from you, LDN and have no problem giving him a hug!
When my boys were in grade school, they had quite a little business going as we had 13 guinea pigs and they sold the babies to a pet shop!

home bound
...and that is where I want to stay today. Bit of a downer day. Cold, windy, pissing down with rain. Really difficult to find enthusiasm and contentment. Still only 11 more days and it starts getting light again. Yes - I am counting! December is never a good time for me

I think you might be right, Gail - I will have to check in all the boxes in there...
LDN, I'm sure that Max would love to visit you across the pond and once I find him I will tell him that Gail is so kind as to lend us her pilot That should bring him out of his funk!

He must be smelly, a bath is needed. With the fluff fluff for is fur. Divine.
After London, I will invite him to come over. I could use some heat under my covers.
Don't forget his black coat for rain. Yellow boots and pack sack. Oh and the black glasses.
What if she or he had babies in the garage? Willing to take one for myself and not that I don't like the guy, but FH is not to go near him. Understood Einstein!g

London, Max is so lovable and all smiles. Friday ñight is his night of relaxing. First is the bubble bath, bathrobe, lazy boy. A glass of two of Brandy and A cigar that smells good. Oh and supper before. he made a girlfriend Lyla, last year, but she lived too far away.
London, we expect news everyday, hope you are up to it. He's the forum's baby.
Now,he's whistling, a good sign that he's not far away. Waiting Liz for the good news,

retrieved MAX!!
I found him in a little fort that he had built using empty boxes - he is too big to fit into just one...
He was so happy that he cried when I mentioned a trip across the pond, seeing Gail again, and Gail's pilot bringing him a hamburger!
I will have to get busy cleaning him up (he does stink!) and I know this will make him even happier
Further reports to follow...

Max headroom
Definately something that Hat and myself read on many occasions - usually right before we hit our heads on the concrete that is housing the sign
Glad Max has been found. Hope there is still some of the vintage elm shampoo that he favoured last time he had a wash n' brush up...

cafe nero (coffee!!)
A small request of my friends here... I know it sounds silly, but the whole political situation over here in the UK has really caused nationwide pressure. I have suffered increased anxiety because of it all and really feeling it this morning after the elections, and now having read LDN's post from last night, it is a serious thing. It is too much pressure. So much so, that it has hit the headlines. People are going to be talking about it for weeks still and it scares me because of the anxiety and stress it causes.
I humbly ask you all for your prayers for LDN, Polly and others in the UK like myself to deal with this pressure. Thanks guys.

sight is....
The sight of MAX is now beyond clean and fluff - it took quite a while to brush him out! I don't know where he had been before the garage, but he sure was a mess!
He is now ready to travel and he has his coat and boots ready...
He is so excited!
PS I didn't want to tell him this is Friday or he would be through the ceiling!
