I'm not too bad Liz. Some more promising times have been on the horizon, but some way to go yet... Still got the hypnic jerks and seizures courtesy of Cymbalta... thank you Eli bastard Lilly

again responding

So sorry, IUN...I spent a year in "withdrawal hell" but didn't suffer what you are now - guess we all have our own "personal" withdrawal

I am still extremely emotional and it is almost 6 yrs that I made the mistake of cold turkey :(   - sometimes even cry after communion

responding well

I think you are right that it is different for us all. But 10 short weeks and now this... it is not right. Someone should be help accountable.

Shouldn't concern yourself with anything spiritual getting your emotional side. I am sure a lot of people do. It is quite profound I think...

hey Liz... not so sure about the good part of the morning - you should see the weather over here!!

Torrential rain and stormy winds. Nothing of the sort that Florida has seen in the past, but its bad enough for England! They do tend to overdo it though. If there is enough wind to move a mouse poo in the garden, then it will be a "yellow warning" :)

Hey there IUN...Love your description of the wind across the pond!  I needed a chuckle this morning

I will say that November is too late for the nasty heat and humidity we have here - supposed to be cold front (?) coming on Friday - we'll see

Goodness Hat - that is -7C. Lowest we have ever had here is -4C. But have seen -22C (-8F) in the wife's home country once.

Fortunately, I was only over in her home country once when it was that cold. But it was strange. It didn't feel colder than say zero from what I have felt in the UK, but you just go numb and breathing becomes very difficult after about 15 minutes exposure.

Had a great thunderstorm the other nite - I love them!!

Supposed to cool off by Friday - I'll believe it when I see it...

FH - I think I would freeze to death at 19F!!  Fibro would render my body useless...

That's a point Hat. You might be afraid of lion, but they will be hibernating... probably, so you can go on the mountain trip after all!! I will alert Driven of the good news!! LOL

socket wrench

Given your larger than average size, we could always cover you in fur and pass you off as a sasquatch. That way the lions may end up being scared of you rather than the other way round :P
