Read so many painful stories on here and offering others support while trying to heal myself from cymbalta and other antidepressents.

Said aloud

Hi, Fishinghat, Gail, and Raven. Seeing you are all still here makes my heart glow.

Possible! Yes, why not. Bath then probably another exposure to the park.

"exposure in the park"

We'd get arrested for stuff like that over here :)

More acceptance

A therapist once told me that accepting demanded effort, letting it be demands none.

criteria substitute

yes - letting something be, or letting it go is all about just doing nothing for it. I think I am stuck on the acceptance stage. I woke up this morning and felt better than yesterday, but even that wasn't enough! It is an improvement for goodness sake! I am still very fearful of how quickly the mood can change. I will be much better once confidence returns... but I still need to practice acceptance for that to come about more than it has...

Teacher let

Scrat, I say that celexa is playing with your mind in a bad way. Hope that you find the right supplements to help you through. Love.

here we go

Hi Raven et al.

I have p-doc moved earlier to next week now, but I'll bet it'll just be an hour of discussing which pill to try next. That ain't going to happen. With 4 down and none working, what difference will a fifth do?

Just make that they don't take the celexa away like they did with cymbalta.

where it is

Right on Gailage. I won't be taking anything with me, so they will have difficultly!! Different p-doc too. He is sooo much better than the other one (who got fired anyway). The problem is that there are a bunch of ass****s running the show. He wanted me to have therapy before I saw him next, he wanted to see me in 8 weeks. Nothing is as planned, but it is not his fault. He told me that he hates the system as much as the patients. It's so wrong. It is not wonder that the UK has a mental health epidemic... no-one bloody gets the right treatment.

cool beer

Yes - this was the one that took my cymbalta and forced me to cold turkey at 10mg. I made an official complaint. I don't know if it was my complaint that got him fired, but I don't care. What he did was wrong, unethical, unprofessional and put my health at risk.

In my opinion, he deserved to be fired.

Cup of tea

Sure, I got one for NM also. We need to be all dressed in white. It's written on the ticket.

Why? For purety, calm, and love. I always have white tunique for the occasion.

Bag of surprises

Kathy just be out of town. And Liz must be suffering of arthritis, maybe not that, but suffering.

THE ONLY WAY THAT GOD SHOWS US THAT HE'S IN CONTROL
IS TO PUT US IN SITUATIONS WE CANT CONTROL.
