head has been surprisingly better Gailage - thanks. I hope the drop of 5mg did the trick. Still not completely gone, but certainly better than a week ago. Had nice spate of depersonalisation today thou. That was fun. Took me all day to realise that it was the 5mg drop last week - I have become so so sensitive!!

In addition... an NHS update for y'all.

 

I had a call today from the Mental Health team reminding me of my appointment on Thursday and to make sure I do not miss it... that I would be stupid to not turn up... that it would be months to wait for another if I didn't. I felt like a damn schoolboy again. I asked him what he thought I was thinking. I have been asking them for help for months - I am not going to miss the appointment.

 

Anyway. Later went downstairs and post for me.

 

"Dear Mr IUN,

 

We are sorry but we have had to cancel your appointment with Dr Doolittle on Thursday.. yada yada"
