They are

A bp monitor is essential for my benzo withdrawals. One of my previous drs told me that if my systolic runs consistently below 100 then I can wean faster and if it is consistently above 115 I should slow my wean and this has been very successful for me. I know others that also use b p to control their withdrawals including ADs but each person finds they have different upper and lower limits they need to adhere to. Time is a good teacher.

Are who....

I want to rule BP out as a factor for my physical symptoms, and whether there is some distance in the change of dose and BP as you suggested Hat. I will take lots of readings as things are presently, and let you know what I find... and work from there.

End this

She must be out on a date!lol

As for myself, my date is waiting for me in bed. Two giant pillows on each side for security, a teddy bear above my sleeping pillow, a hot pad also for security. Barely any place for me, I squeeze in between the two big pillows.

My small wooden crucifix in my hand and off we go to Paradise. After this !%#;?$# day, I think that I deserve it. Oh, and soft music.

They Live (B Grade Horror Movie)

Life treats me semi decent Gail. Lost part if a tooth today. Having no dental insurance sucks. Now I have a jagged partial tooth.😭

lost city

I don't kn ow about alligators but most rodents are attracted to the smell of plastic. It is well known that mice and rats frequently chew through electric wires and muskrats, nutria and beaver will chew up Styrofoam floats for boat docks thus sinking the dock. What is the attraction? Most plastics have a smell similar to female rodent pheromones.

Dweller in the night

Too tired to look up dweller! I've been looking through my entries since end of December. Searching what the heck happened to me since end of December. What med was added, what med was stopped.

I did have good days since but nothing comparable as before. Five months is a long time without very good days. One med was stopped. I will restart it today and see in one week. I'm almost thrilled to have found this. It coincides perfectly. Won't say which, afraid Sir will burst my balloon. Sorry Sir.

Getting ready for bed, they marked my arm and chest for radiotherapy Monday. It's like I got tattoos. Even some writing on some marks. Nothing wrong with adding THIS TOO SHALL PASS. I'm on to it right now. I'm young, I'm beautiful, and I'm making myself a tattoo! Yeah!

Averted storm

Sleepy morning, bed soon! My nurse in oncology visits every two weeks. We'll have a lot to chat about!

I consider myself lucky as she comes to my place, so does the SW, and the Greek make nurse. He's too young for me, but I like him.

Wishing a good day to all, if not, there is always tomorrow. Love.

Down town

Yeah! Might go to the chapel tomorrow and also to health food store to buy Lion's Mane.
Such good reports about it.

Fishinghat, can you remind me why you stopped it? Also for brain inflammation, what do you suggest? Thank you Sir.

If you can Gail get the water extract lions mane. The powdered Lion's Mane mushroom itself is so weak it won't do you any good. It has to be an extract.

I had a sudden drop in white blood cell count and thyroid enzymes so the dr wanted me to get off the Lion's Mane (the only thing I had started recently) and retest. My retest is in about 2 weeks.

The brain inflammation depends if it is associated with edema (swelling/fluid build up) or not.  What makes you think you have brain inflammation?

I don't know what LDN has in way of inflammation, but maybe an option there?

BP monitor just turned up! 134/90 after walking up stairs and sitting for a minute, and 115/72 after resting for a further 10 minutes. Quite happy with that to start, but will monitor during different conditions/times to see what we get.

I thought it was 3-5 minutes? Lots of opinions about this, but thought having just done several flights of stairs that I would wait.

I did a series of other tests again after doing the stairs, and did one test right after the other, and the figures were going down in sync with each other dropping 3 points over 5 tests... so 133/90, 130/87, 127/84 etc... This was to check the machine as much as my own curiosity.
