Hi IUN!  We have not officially met but I have been around for over 4 1/2 yrs now....spent one yr in withdrawal hell due to cold turkey approach Finding this forum was my saving grace 

However, I welcome you and am so happy to see so many on here using the correct way of getting off the devil drug.

 

 

PS I was not on for a while since my laptop crapped out on me...hoping it will remain OK now since I had to send it in for repair and it wasn't even 2 months old!

A year!! Goodness - one of the unlucky ones. This is what is keeping me slow on the withdrawal. I really just want off, but knowing that going quick on just my short term of 4 months can have some nasty repercussions, I am trying my best to remain patient. 

 

Many thanks for the welcome, and I have already had some excellent support here. Hope I am doing the same where I can. Keeping things updated is what will also help others who find this site in the future.
