Max is sweet (not that I would know, you won't let me taste him) and as ugly as I am I can't blame you for loving him more.

He does look a little like one of my ex girl friend though.

Growing wild

A good one FH.
Speaking of laughter, in the last month, I have laughed my head off from my own jokes and that by myself. Since I am a real loner, I now find myself good company to myself!

Floors all washed, dusting done and ready for our little fiesta later. Max has gone out to play in the snow with a few kids. Fisherman, you can't taste him as he out runs you!

Liz, no more cookies, they were delicious! Thank you again.

Hare tamed

By 11pm, Max and I will be sound asleep. Between 8 and 9. Probably 8pm. Like our sweet FishingBrain.

We are both out of a hot lavander bath, pyjamas and woolen socks. Cigar is lit and Brandy has been served. And wine with our special supper, calamari and fries, we like it simple.

Layla just called, Max was in tears of joy. Rendez vous in the summer.

I visited my chapel this morning and had a great moment. The sweet nuns will have a special prayer for all people suffering from mental distress, whatever the distress. And God knows that I understand that suffering. Hell on earth. Btw, Lamictal is doing a great job.

So, on that, peace of mind to all! Even a few minutes, a few hours to give you hope.

Heart peaceful

Thanks LovingHat for the blessings.

Hi Liz, I hope that you are having a good quiet and peaceful day.

Raven, you are missed, wishing you the same as Liz.

Fisherman, enjoy your sparkling water and your lovely wife's company. Would it be indiscreet for you to tell us her name? I would like that unless it's too personal, if so it's OK.

Rehearsed lessons

Hi Liz and Hi .....Let's see...SweetHat!

Cool day, Max came with me at work. My client was en amour with Max. Again tonite, tomorrow and Wednesday, we have our Friday ritual. Thursday, Max will be leaving for Florida to his sweet mom.

I have a bit of difficulty with the cigar, but we learn to make compromises for loved ones!
Tomorrow, we have two clients to see, for sure Max will be tagging along. The fact is that I don't really trust him with the Brandy when he's alone. And also that he loves riding in the fancy car!

He insisted on driving today, I let him as there was no traffic. You should see him behind the wheel with his sunglasses and black trench, he looks like a detective.

Tonite, lasagna for supper, Max loves that with a lot of bread(which I don't eat) but love.
Early dodo as we have a big day awaiting us mañana. To be continued...

Wow, Gail!  You let Max drive??  I didn't know that he could!  It's quite a picture with his sunglasses and trench coat! :P

You have had several Friday nites - HOW FUN!!! :D  Yep, he sure enjoys his brandy

So we just got back from work. Rather tired both of us. We will write later.

Hello everyone. I would like to take the time to say R.I.P to Carrie Fisher. A great actress she was, or at least that's how Yoda would have put it.

May the Lord be with her family and friends.

Gone fishing

Hi Raven, I will catch up on that, too busy to watch the news today.

Now, the saga continues. As you all know, my clients are all in wheelchairs, electric ones specially. They got the manual ones also.

Liz, you guessed what happened for sure. Julie, my client, had to use the manual one as Mister Max got carried away with this never seen machine! He learns real fast and was really taken away when he saw that it had a reverse. I was in the kitchen being busy, when all of a sudden I smelled cigar smoke. Sure enough, Julie and Max were smoking cherry cigars! Of course, she fell in love with him.

We are going back in the morning. Same scenario, I guess.

In the meantime, Max is in the tub playing with his new water toys that Julie gave him. And as usual, Brandy time. Gosh, we do need to unwind after such a day! Then chicken for supper.

Mañana is my last day with Max until Valentine's day if Liz wants me to have him. I am reserving in advance. Max is like Zootherapy for me. To be continued...

Wow, Max is apparently having a ball!  Electric wheelchair (I know how he loves things w/switches), smoking with your client and playing in the tub!

BTW, I did not know that your clients were in wheelchairs, Gail...

I hope that Max behaves himself tomorrow - enjoy your chicken!

(Do I know that chicken recipe? :P )

Exacerbated symptoms

So right Fisherman. Just when you think that you are moving forward, those $#@\%days come back. At its peak today, Benadryl time. Yes, isn't life just great!

But then, instead of ten times a month on Benadryl, it's three or four times. I just will never never go through these phases gracefully, jamais, jamas, never!

Do they ever suck! It's a wonder that we haven't lost what's left of our mind.

Liz, Max has left at noon and will be home by 3 or 4pm. He had tears in his eyes, I cried also. Tell me when he arrives.

So true

Liz, we kissed and hugged and we didn't want to separate from each other. Thank you's came in the form of, let's say, saliva all over my face. I will not wash it tonight as it will serve as a face mask! So, tomorrow I will look 10 years younger!

We are expecting between 30 to 50 centimeters of snow in the next 24 hours. I would estimate 50centimeters at around 18 inches. And about 24 inches on my balcony, when the snow doesn't know where to go, of course it chooses my balcony! I am off tomorrow, thank God, I would surely lose it for good!

Anecdote: my sweet client told me this morning that he rather have this snow than an alligator on his balcony. I said the contrary as what alligator would climb to the fourth floor? YouIf I were to choose between snow and alligator, for sure alligator!

Thanks for all that great info, FH!  I loved it - hopefully a group of those guys will come a little further south and hang out here! :D

Ah, Gail....I know that you will miss Max, but he can visit whenever you wish :)

Wow, that's a lot of snow!  I saw on the weather that the northeast is getting its first Nor'easter of the season :(

BTW, speaking of alligators, my son saw one sunning as he walked around the lake behind my house!  There is a sidewalk around it that makes it a mile around

How are you feeling, Raven?
