Hi all!

The past 3 days have been abominable

On Saturday I lost my glasses on the way to church and next I found I have viruses in my laptop. I was truly in a state because no spare glasses and found out yesterday that I cannot get new ones until Monday...

Not sure when my laptop will be finished being cleaned and I spent one miserable weekend. Benzos where in order.

Might not be online much since I still am at a loss with this stupid tablet!

Finally got that tooth extracted, I was a anxious wreck, having been traumatized by the last kid dentist. Went real good, it was over and I was waiting for him to pull it out! Not fun, but ok, with the right dentist.

Max, two more weeks and you will be mine to cherish and to love and to share the Brandy!
Making spare ribs this week end for us. Of course I will freeze them. We will have calamari and all kinds of treats.

By the way, I am happy to say that valium tapering is reaching its end. Should be done by Christmas. I am at 1/4th mg! Yes, it's can be done with a lot of patience and a lot of time!

Great job Gail. That slow approach makes it a lot easier. Congratulation. I was on 6 mg/day of lorazepam and now 3 years later am down to 2.5 mg/day with little to no withdrawal.

 

There isn't suppose to be more court/lawyer/legal activity until March. May be two cases in March though. Also told that two more cases are pending but have not been scheduled for depos yet.

Good to hear that you are having a break from this whole hassle.

I was on 3mg lorazepam, made the switch to diazepam 30mg. Then tapered from there, approximately 28 months to get here. I would say that you and I are tapering at the same rhythm. Gosh, are we patient!

FishingBrain, what's next? I would like to get rid of the 25mg Trazodone, this should be easy as I stop it often, well almost. Not much left except the Lamictal, 5mg Prozac, maybe 10mg in the coming weeks. Yep, Trazodone in January.
