So today is the family doctor and then the dentist. Having a tooth pulled out.
I can't believe all the money that I put on those teeth only to have them extracted one by one on a long run. No cavities, only old age!

I am terrified of the dentist - had a lot of work done as a child, when the drill smelled like burning chicken feathers!  Also had oral surgery about 10 yrs ago and will go only when absolutely necessary (when my teeth start falling out)!

Hope all is doing well. The kids have asked if Max can come visit. We are taking our son to the Talladega Superspeedway as a surprise birthday present Saturday. I think Max would really love this.

Burned chicken feathers? Well it still smells funny but I cannot describe the smell, burning something!!!

Well, one hour with the replacement female dentist, a kid, really a kid like 23 years old. She was nice, so, after perhaps 6 or 7 times of trying to anesthesia that tooth, no way was it possible. So back home with an antibiotic prescription, and back next Wednesday.

It's good that I have no fear of the dentist, I would surely be halfway nuts. I may be but not because of this.

So our darling Max might go for a visit soon, speaking of, Liz, I would love to have him for Christmas if possible. I have changed my mattress lately, no longer electric. Firm, so firm, really firm, he might not like it. You drop a quarter on it and it bounces!!!

Just returned from weekly massage, but still hurt    Last week was a bit much, I'm afraid

Gail, if I go to Seattle for Christmas, it would be great to have Max w/you...I am so worried about Bentley as he is fading and don't want to leave him at this point.  I'll have to see how things go

Liz, I would really enjoy having Max for Christmas please! I will be alone, perhaps you can have him for New Years? Say yes, please! We will be having calamari for our special supper, he likes those. And all the trimmings, Friday will last 3 days, you know what I mean!

Lovely gesture Raven for the group hug, of course our boy is not around to enjoy it. Yep, Chief, come by so we can be all be reunited. Anyone is welcomed to this embrace.
