Now that was a rough ride. It will still come and go from tine to time but hand in there.

You should be proud of yourself.

Home sick

Hi Raven!

Weird anecdote: yesterday and today at the same time 1.15 pm, a cold breeze sets in the house. I could swear that someone is blowing cold air on me, and that for about 15 minutes. I might be losing my mind, who knows! I will see what happens tomorrow.

Oh no, not again. I thought this was over for you. That year of 2002 is a year that I wish had not existed for myself. A bad one. I can't forget it either.

Thanks for the links Captain. The saying goes like this, It will pass... prayers for you!

It hasn't passed in nearly 15 years and there will be at least another 4 to 6 years of court action I am sure. Lawyers try to drag things out as long as possible.

Hi Liz! Good to see you here.

We are talking about what FH is going through with what happened 14 or so years ago and that this case is not settled yet with the lawyers.

off again

Good morning, everyone!

FH, I am so sorry that you must go through this...a nightmare, I'm sure :(

Haven't been here the last couple of days, as Wed. was the massage and yesterday was getting the hair done with highlights!  Had missed a week with massage as I had that viral infection or whatever it is going around :o

Yesterday, I was rearranging furniture in living room and woke up in considerable pain - that's when I could use a man! :P

really curious

So you really date square guys and when they don't work out you put them in the oven. WOW! That must be how you get roast turkey.   :)

Still looking good over here. Just pray to not have a rash. It's early but I feel that it's doing something to my poor overworked brain!

ok then

"Baking date squares "

That means your dates (romantic) are square (old fashioned, conservative and not in tune with the real world). So "Baking date squares" means that you date square guys and when you can't stand them anymore you just push them in your oven and bake them. The term roasted turkey comes from your baking the guy (roasted) and the fact you don't like him makes him what women here call a 'turkey" or in other words a jerk. Ok, so not that funny. What do you expect from a comedian that works for free? lol

Well said, FH!  I would never have thought of all that! :P

Only on the computer earlier, Gail!  Up usual time...dogs ok

Going to church today - Cubs play tonite!   A win will have us going to the World Series (must win tonite or tomorrow nite!) :D

There there

No dates, no squares, no baking and no turkey. I am taking care of what is left of my brain and all that would surely set fire to this little mass!

I digress to my early philosophizing (not good, mind you, but early).  When much younger, I came to the conclusion that "there Is" or "something exists" was the only thing I could be sure of.  Everything else might be a dream or hallucination.

I didn't get very far with this.  Please don't try to make sense of it.
