Have not been sleeping well lately, and wondering if I should up my 50mg Trazodone to 100 - that's what I took before I started the crapalta....

Finally got some sleep last nite - aaaaahhhhhh Now feeling groggy, however..

Took 50mg Trazodone, 1/2 Alprazolam and 1/2 Hydrocodone cuz couldn't stand it anymore

 

Afraid I was becoming desparate

I have been sleeping much better lately.  I seem to just have a lot of joint pain which is a new symptom for me this week.  It comes and goes.  Hoping that it will be one of my last..A girl can always hope, right?

Max is here, he is leaving Friday for a one week camping trip with my pilot. He comforts me on not so good days. If all is good, mushroom picking this morning.

Had a very upsetting experience when I went out to get the paper this morning. There was the head, one leg and foot and the insides of a small opossum in my driveway.  It made me cry - there go those uncontrollable emotions again... They have been so much worse since that miserable crapalta.  I cry at the drop of a hat.

 

My neighbor said it could have been a fox as the coyotes don't usually come this close to homes .  I didn't know we had foxes here as this has never happened before.  Now something (a hawk, perhaps) has been spreading it all over the driveway.  This makes me so sad - have never had anything like this happen since I have lived here.

 

Sorry to have brought this up, but it upset me terribly.

Those are good emotions even if it hurts, it shows our compassion and care.
