Been on Cymbalta 10+ years. It's time to get off.

home fast asleep

I like a good thunderstorm, too, but they are never that strong in our city; not like back east.

Asleep soon hopefully

And what will today be like? No sight of my zoo friends yet.

Windy, cool, sunny, smells autumn. Big sweaters and woolen socks on its way! That's OK, but I hate to have windows and patio door closed.

Buenos Dias!

Many thanks again, Raven!  Max is still raving about how much fun he had!

Just about finished our first round of rain here due to that tropical depression - they still don't know exactly where it's going

Have to run a quick errand while in between downpours!!

Times abound what?

Abound, don't know this word. Will look it up.

Thanks to Tuna-man and his Omega posts, I opened a capsule by curiosity. Just to smell it, light smell. Smelly just the same.

So, I put some on my face, for the kick of it. I live alone, no problem.

According to Tuna-Man, no more wrinkles as of tomorrow!

Right Fisherman? Oh, well, I can dream!

What limits Horatio?

What the heck was that. I am not even that familiar with Shakespear, although a did meet his grand neice once. Oh well that is another sorted tale (lie).

BY the way Gail, I couldn't find anything about erasing wrinkles but it does help with psoriasis if applied to the skin. Why not wrinkles?

Limits Horatio, please

Oh my goodness, don't try that. I can't get rid of the smell on my hands and on my face. Soap doesn't do it.

I could stand it knowing it erases wrinkles, but nothing does.

Liz, I made that up to get the attention of Tuna-Man.

But I really smeared it on my face and hands as I do with vitamins D and E at times.
Like a kid, I like to experiment!

Tuna-Man, don't put any on your psoriasis unless you want to sleep alone.

Shakespeare's grand niece, hum! As Einstein is a close relative to my family!
Liz, what famous name are you related too?

On that, good night and hasta mañana!

Gail, you are a hoot!  Now you can smell "fishy" all night - good thing you sleep alone!

I will stick w/my Elysee - that really works! ;)

As to a relation - that would have to be Kris Kristofferson since he is 1/2 Swedish like me

Please give sympathy

Have sympathy here, because I was totally lost.  three words, and three hour time difference and in two days.  Wow took a lot of thinking....lol lol lol

Hello to you all.  In SF right now and loving the city life again.  It has a way of making me feel alive.  Don't have too much time to think about myself as there are too many things I want to show my co worker while we are here.

Be well all of you...

As fun as the 3 words were for a short time, I would like everyone's opinion, but I feel it might be best to go back to just two.

Morning all

I agree Raven. An individual could just add a word if they chose to make it 3 word.

Raven, I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother.  Now you know that she is no longer in pain and with family, even though I know  you will miss her.   Grief is an unwanted journey, I know.

Love, hugs and prayers for you

broken up

Well, not really broken up, but since I suggested three words in the first place, I just want to say that I'm fine with going back to two.  Either way seems to produce awkward combinations.

I don't know if it's Cymbalta w-drawal, but I was very anxious proposing the change to three words.  Today I woke up anxious about what life in a nursing home would be like - and that's at least 20 years (I hope) away :)  Anyway, lot's of unreasonable anxiety these days.

Time to go meditate.

An up-bow is a type of stroke used when bowing a musical instrument, most often a string instrument.

I love string instruments, even though I played the clarinet in the band in high school. Used to lay the them to Night Court on my clarinet. :D
