Thanks FH. But I will wait for his response before I do anything.
Call me Thomas, my second name, besides Simplicity! Got to hear it from the horse's mouth!
Or read it in the right place. Meaning, in a post!
How is our Punk doing?

I completely understand the process behind the yearly supportive donation, but not all of us can afford it.

Let's wait for Ken. Then, we will act accordingly. Please, don't leave.
Love to read you Raven! Tell me, has school really started where you live?
What happened? In my time, school started beginning September.
Poor kids, not enough time in between. Enough time for parents, though.

die today
I agree w/Raven here. I am on Social Security, live alone and sure don't have any extra money to spare - especially with the cost of everything else going up.
I don't get it - is this site now out to make money? I have been on here over 2 1/2 years and others much longer than that. What's up?
End of rant
When I got home from the hairdresser, Cubs were on so watched the game and we won! Have now won 8 out of 10 last games
Anyhoo, my bangs are now blonde - didn't quite turn white, but looks cool!

today tomorrow
School started here this week, You are right Gail. Back in the day...we started in September but ever since all the schools got air conditioning they have moved the schedule up to August. Here they get 2 one week vacations in the fall and a week off in the spring plus they get 3 personal days off during the year. They also get one week for Thanksgiving and 3 for Christmas. Their senior year they only have to attend classes until 1 PM.

I don't plan on leaving unless it is required. If it's optional I can stay.
School started here on the 11th.
Love you guys

Well well, I am from the dinosaur age, I guess.
Here, professors are back this week. The kids will surely follow next week.
Yes, Fisherman, days off here and there. Weeks off here and there also.
Have a real hard time with changes.
Liz, that blond must be lovely.
Raven, Liz, it surely is an optional choice. Of course, no one will be banned if they don't contribute. Just hate that there will be a kind of mention under our user name that says if one contributes or not.
And now, dear Ken, we are waiting for you.
PS Ken, please, no mention on who contributes or not.

coming soon
Haven't been gone that long and they are asking for a membership fee.....hmmmmmm interesting. School in NYS starts in September after Labor Day and the colleges start in late August.
Had a root canal last year and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Liz I agree, I have to use benzo when I go to the dentist.

Well, it ended up being an old root canal that had gotten infected deep down inside. Had to get a shot in the hip and was given antibiotics to get filled.
Looks like sleep study won't happen. Insurance only suggests you have 2 in a lifetime and I had 2 back in 2011 to be diagnosed with sleep apnea. The nice girl at the sleep lab is doing what she can to help in some way.

here again?
Gail - No, he gave me a prescription to bring to work with me so my doc could do it. It was to kick start getting rid of the infection. He also gave me a script for amoxicillin. Thankfully that one is free at my pharmacy
Liz - Well, at least it's easier for the dogs to play hide 'n' seek

Oh boy, confusion! No need to understand it all, I guess.
Liz, it's Friday, you know what that means, right? Party night for our big Max.
Raven, have you met Max? Handsome, furry, likes cigars and brandy, hot bubble baths, a fan for the Montreal Canadians, keeps away from Fishingstein(afraid of being BBQed), sunglasses day in day out, a lovely creature.

Raven, Max is our fictional capybara. Well, he belongs to Liz. And he comes to visit me when I am in good shape. My private jet or helicopter lands on the lawn at Liz's to get him here.
He has got his Friday routine, bubble bath, bath robe and brandy plus a cigar.
Fishingstein would like him on a BBQ. We quarrel often about this and he gets us so mad because our sweet Max is like a baby for us. So this is Max!
