Good morning to all!

 

Storms predicted for this afternoon again  -  until then heat index 100-105 - yuck!   If I didn't stay in the house, I would melt for sure!

I can't believe it here. Middle of August, mid 80s only and next week in the 70s.Usually this is some of the hottest weather of the year. I take it.  lol

I have been in MO in August and know how miserable it can be!  I envy you...

We are reaching the upper 90's w/ heat index of over 100 - My air is getting it's workout.

 

I have one thing to say to day. I love you all but I must say there is a certain someone her who has been there for me privately on more than one occasion here recently.  She has been like them other I wish I had here lately. She is kind and supportive and loving and her name is Liz

I'm not sick, Raven!  We were referring to my painful and then relaxing massage!  Once a week...

 

Sherman is very well - Vet gave him a shot of electrolytes and liquids and he was like new in 5 minutes!  Tomorrow is his last day on meds - so well that he decided to take a walk-about the neighborhood yesterday.  They have been so good with the invisible fence that I haven't had their collars on for months!  Of course he came back, but I am more worried about him getting hit by a car.

 

Bentley doing as well as can be expected with his old age problems and Max is loving his A/C !!

For a while now, Sherman will be wearing his collar - the last time he did this it was at nite several months ago and I had to get in the car to look for him - at least he decided to go for his walk in the daylight this time!

Fun today - getting hair done and am thinking of going wild - possibly white shock in front!  Had purple last time but it only lasted about 2 weeks.  Yes, I feel that I am old enough (old, is right) to do what I want!

Yes, Gail its weird that it does seem become stronger before the storms. Not always but mostly.
