vision statement

yep, Raven, those kinds of days happen throughout the process ... I've been off the crapalta 2 1/2 years now, and 4 mos off Wellbutrin ... my sleep remains messed up, with horrid insomnia hitting a night or two every couple of weeks ... alternating with days (oddly, not following the insomnia), of being incredibly sleepy ... for ex... I laid down for an hour afternoon nap on the 4th, and woke up 4 hrs later ... yesterday, had to go back to bed mid-morning, and slept for another 3 hours ...
If you can, allow yourself to take naps when you feel like this ... listen to your body / brain ... they know what they need to heal !

disgusting article
FH, we all learn "stuff" from you - you are a living encyclopedia !!!
Just a bit of clarification for those who do not know... My massage is covered by insurance because I get a RX every 90 days saying that it is necessary for the fibro... it really hurts when the shoulders, back and neck are worked on The remainder of the time is relaxing as I really need it at that point!

faith helps
FN, it is a deep tissue massage for the sore parts The RX is written for massage to one or more areas for fibro. She always does the painful stuff first and then finishes up with relaxing massage.
Swedish massage is the "magic relaxing massage" that relaxes you all over - wish I could do that! But then, I would have to pay for it - $65 for 60 min.

knows best
You know best TNF. Thank God your insurance pays for it. The swedish massages are comforting and very relaxing. Haven't had any massages in a while and it's best I do not do it as this point because I don't need someone knocking something out of place on me. Insurance coverage or not.
Fishinghat, you never seek to amaze me.
FiveNotions, have you seen the movie yet?

Nope, "War Room" hasn't arrived yet ... I opted for an Amazon movie credit, in lieu of Prime rapid shipping ... should arrive tomorrow or Sat, for weekend watching ... which I'll do with the a/c turned on high and some fresh lemonade and a new box of kleenex

PS just cruising through to say "hi all !" ... really busy work week ... my project manager gave me 1,500+ records to edit ... which = well over $1,000 of billable time for me for many many hours of work... I pointed out to her that we could make these changes in about an hour of my time, using a little library catalog system trick called a "bulk upload" ... just feed the system a list of the resource code nos. and flip the switch to have the changes made simultaneously ...but she said no, do them "manually" ...
So, who am I to argue with my boss (well, would have in my crapalta days) ... I'll do it the sloooow haaaard way ... and make a bunch of $$ I totally shouldn't be earning ...

Remember back in 2014, when I was in CT, unemployed, and having to draw down my 401k in order to live ? I can sooo close to being evicted, and I was flat out terrified ... and in the fall of '14, this wonderful job literally fell into my lap ... I (and everyone I know), had been praying for me ... and boom ... a miracle ... a job that allows me to work from home, totally flexible hours ... at first it was impossibly hard for me, I couldn't think straight, my eyesight was shot, and my memory and thinking was also shot ... I had to work extra hours, that I never told them about, just to try to meet the minimum needed for the job ...
I am so grateful to all of you, my friends here, who helped me cope with all that ! Thank you always and forever !
