Now stop
Raven, the avatar was from a boat I was on Memorial weekend. Couldn't resist the sun setting. Raven, men are men!. Fishinghat this does not apply to you. Women are women we are emotional and sensitive at times. Raven, you start feeling better now ok? Those chills and low grade fever will disappear.
Gail, you keep your faith in your team.
TNF, you had a wonderful day with the exception of your Cubs
FN... you have said it all today......

stop short (or is it short stop?)
Carleeta - You are so kind. Yes, indeed men are men and women are women and we are emotional. It's part of each of our nature's and none of us would change than for the world, because it makes us who we are.
That being said I never used to argue as much as I do with him regarding simple things. I never disagreed to the point of argument over the fact I was acting a certain way. He has said it in the past but last night I heard a phrase that really hurt me when he called me "Cymbalta Girl!" He said it to snap me out of a argumentative state but it still hurt. I know he says because he knows tough love is the only love that saves me right now. I'll just be glad when I can get to where it's not just tough love.
TNF - GO GIANTS!! *runs and hides*

crying shame
------
I've adopted the Cubs as my "fall-back team" ... Nats are my home team, and up until this year, and the arrival of Dusty Baker, I'd pretty much given up on 'em. Now at least we've got a team that can win a few ... but I sure do love TFL's Cubbies !

You are absolutely right Raven. It hurts and you need the tough love right now. Now you can always add a bit of humor in a negative argument. The next time he calls you "Cymbalta Girl" I would turn look at him, cross your eyes and stick out your tongue. it just might just ease your hurt and the two of you could have a good laugh while he still gives the tough love....
