ego lifted
Sorry about Hubby, Raven...gee, what a horrible thing to go through
I have MLB channels (Next month will be my last payment of 4 for this season) so I never miss a game - if I am not home, I record it!
There is a T-shirt out there with "Crazy Cub Lady" on the back which I am going to order!

Good afternoon everyone. Raven, sending prayers to you and your hubby. Liz, good luck with your baseball team. Gail, sorry to hear your computer is having difficulties. Fishinghat hope your garden is doing well. Weather here is beautiful and hope it stays. Garden is doing well and no work today, either job....yipeeeee. Just test drove the MKX SUV,,,,hmmmm thinking about it. Thinking it might be a bit to big. I currently have the MKZ car and I keep hitting my head on the top of it....lol lol lol lol.....it's very comfy otherwise. Changing back to a SUV is still in my . Well time is a wasting for me here, I need to get outdoors again and go for a walk and then off with my niece to "who knows where". Hope all is going pretty fair with everyone.

Good to see you, Gail! How are you doing?
I still can't operate the stupid tablet - don't even know how to reply to an email
I must admit that this crappy drug did affect my brain - Raven, would you please explain what you said??
Sorry I am so slow...

gracefully dances
Glad to hear that you are doing OK today, Gail!
Bad day for me today between laptop issues and grocery shopping for 2 hours this afternoon. I could hardly walk to bring the stuff in - I swear they pack the stuff for weight lifters! Not supposed to be lifting more than 5 pounds
Thankfully tomorrow is massage day

till dawn
Don't know what has been worse today - more computer issues or the fibro
First 1/2 hour of massage is always painful but the carry-over from yesterday was not so good...
How are things with you, Gail? FH, busy in the garden? Raven, hope you and your hubby are doing better

Sorry Raven, I never even read The Hobbit - my older son was into that, but those names meant nothing to me - thanks for the explanation!
Need to unpack my new NUWAVE convection oven - hope I can figure it out! It will be my only oven, so I sure hope so!

laugh loudly
LOL! Liz, I barely read The Hobbit - The most I knew about it was the cartoon I saw growing up. Then I met my husband and he introduced me to a whole new world. A world of wonder, magic, fantasy, sci-fi and comic books.
Good luck with your oven.

say what?
Raven, still a kid at heart. My ex used to also enjoy that world of magic. Comic books by the dozen and science fiction. I am also,as we all are, a kid, just in a different way.
Yes, I try to remain a kid at heart. I have just recently seen how innocent my children are when it comes to belief. I am always worried I am going to hurt them more than I already have with my actions due to this horrible drug. But I still try to be a kid at heart and let them know that they can always trust me no matter what. I don't know if any of that made sense because I am so very tired right now. Getting ready to go home to my wonderful family which I am happy about, but I am so very very tired and don't know why.
Until tomorrow>>>>

what hernia?
"Most small hiatal hernias cause no signs or symptoms. However, larger hiatal hernias can cause signs and symptoms such as:
⦁ Heartburn
⦁ Belching
⦁ Difficulty swallowing
⦁ Chest or abdominal pain
⦁ Feeling especially full after meals
⦁ Vomiting blood or passing black stools, which may indicate gastrointestinal bleeding

My hernia is very tiny and this is the first time it has ever flaired up. I had an upset stomach which I guess irritated the hernia. One of the key signs is that food can be difficult to swallow because the hernia is swollen and won't let food pass plus setting up usually greatly reduces the heartburn.

hernia flareups
Sorry you suffer from your hiatal hernia. From others in my family who suffer from this, there is something which isn't mentioned and this is: they flair up and also feel as though something is in your upper stomach and pressure. It's important to definitely stay away from any bulky and acid foods. I'm sure Fishinghat you do eat properly. Just make sure you don't have any carbonated drinks, even if its water. My father, God Bless his soul, had this condition and was very good at determining what bothered him and what didn't. You'll find your core!
Liz, you'll love your convection oven. I use mine often (especially when I'm getting unexpected company). Next time you go to the grocery store, YOU tell them how to pack your groceries and tell them to make very light bags...
Well work was late tonight and a busy afternoon shift. Off for three days and hope to get up to the beach for the weekend. Weather willing...
