what gives?

I went to the zoo with my daughter's class today. So, he was by himself most of the day today.  He is doing better, still having pain, but he is able to eat a soft GI diet right now. Might get to go home tomorrow, but not sure yet. Thanks so much for all the prayers.

Raven, still having a great sense of humor here. Lovely aunt you have. A lot on your plate here. Highs and lows of living... God never never said that it would be easy, as contraire...

Yes, she is a wonderful Aunt. No, God did not say it was easy.

"God never said it would be easy..."

How true.

In Lamentations the author spends chapters complaining and explaining his troubles. but in the 3rd chapter says'

22 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; 23 they are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness. 24 "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "therefore I will hope in him." 25 The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him.

Waiting patiently is the key.

burdens ease

Good morning everyone.  Hello Liz, Raven its wonderful news your husband is coming home.  Fishinghat thank you for your spiritual gift. God
Bless everyone.

Been busy here and there between two part time jobs and getting all summer outdoor furniture, plants, gardens, air conditioners all set up with my family and myself....lol lol lol.  I'm just at my families houses for directimg and bringing food... ha ha ha ha ha ha .  I let all the males and the young eager females do the lifting work.....lol lol lol lol.  My grandson is the joy.  He's a bit too fast running around the pool right now.  I start going after him and the rest of the family sees me doing this and they just take off and get him.  I'm more of the grandma which likes feeding him and having him rest in my arms.  I love the pools we all have, although having a to admit I'm not as fast as I used to be chasing little ones around a pool.

Have the best day you all can have.  Off to the dentist for me cleaning....

Ease off

Thank you Fisherman, BTW, I feel that I am the author of Lamentations. The first part...

Throwing computers out the window, can't find exclamation or interrogation points...at least I can read you all.

Not sure if I am coming or going these last days. Thank God for God and benadryl.

How right you are about friends! Found the points!?!

So glad for you Raven, lights are shining in Alabama!

Still going backwards here, need a mirror so I don't bump into anything.

And I think that I am not the only one...what fun!

Breaking point

A little anecdote that happened yesterday morning. As you know, this is a really hard time for me.

So, stopping at a red light, a lady limping comes to me and asks for a short ride to her place. I open the door for her and she says that she is coming from the clinic. And then she says that she is angel. I say, do I ever need one. She says again, truly that she is an angel.

I almost have tears in my eyes, she asks my name and says that it will be better real soon!!!
I smiled all the way home. Could be a breaking point!

Point taken

Gail,I believe she is an angel.  Did you feel the chills and then a calmness come over you?  If you did, then you can be sure she truly is an angel. God Bless you Gail.  Let me ask you what color she was wearing.  If she had white or blue on she then this represents its your guardian angel.  If she had any other color on then she was an angel which has just transitioned or she was sent to you by a loved one who has passed and knew they could reach you.
