Yep, yesterday was opening day for the Cubs and they won 9-0 and play-offs start in hockey in a few days... Go Blackhawks!

Yes Liz, I would say that it is like a miracle happening here. And so fast. Now, that happened last year with another med then the S*** hit the fan. I just pray that it lasts.

Max can wait a bit, I got to get used to this first. Max called me the other day, you were busy watching the cubs, apparently you are doing good also!

Far from Blooming, but all the birds have arrived. Got to watch out for the Robin's as they fly very low, can easily be hit by the car.

At least you have the birds, Gail!  I continue to see the cardinals on my patio and I am certain that my daughter is sending them.  I have thought of her constantly since her birthday, March 23.  I also have been dreaming every night...  all dreams have my family in them at different times of my life
