Hi Ramona!
Just got back from the woods, mushroom again for my friend that is too busy at the moment to go.
And surprise! Face to face with a nonchalant female dear eating and looking at me. Spent 15 minutes in the sun just to watch her, beautiful!
Surprises popping here and there lately! I feel happy.

Already down to 34mg. Feeling a little bummed today...Just that I have come down this far, and still have the bad effects that hit me at 90mg. They are mostly managed by the other meds the hospital put me on. But they still happen (muscle spasms, and jerks that wake me up as i'm falling asleep). I don't want to have this forever. This rollercoaster ride has been going on 4.5 months now. I just feel emotionally tired of the whole thing. I want to be off these meds, I want my nervous system restabilized. I know it can't happen instantaneously, it has to go slowly, it takes time...Some days I feel more positive...today is a day I am feeling more down about the whole thing.

Passed most afternoon and evening under water, tap water, to cool me off. This is crazy, everything you touch in the house is hot.
