Fisherman,
Was on 40, on 30 every other day then 20 every other day. Was on it for nine weeks in all. It pooped at week 5. When I say pooped, I mean pooped.
Since the returning of my condition was almost worse, I had to get it out asap.
Long half life means smoother withdrawal for me, a such a short time on it! Felt better today till 2 or 3. Encouragement needed!

Fisherman, last time I pm'd you, two weeks ago.
Had appointment with doc which I cancelled, I had planned to switch to celexa. As I was decreasing, felt somewhat better for a while. So I cancelled.
Will see what happens. As for hell, been there, done that more often than I care to talk about. I save the benadryl for those times. Fourth day without.♥ oh, and I managed a small cut in valium during this time, I will survive!

you too
Just remember that it takes Prozac 6 to 8 weeks to reach full effect so this will be a game of patience. It may take 3 or 4 weeks to feel any difference. In the meantime just lean on a little valium or Benadryl hear or there. By the way for those who don't know Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is not only sold as an antihistamine for allergies and colds but also as a sleep aide. Most sold for colds/allergies are sold in 50 mg doses. BUT some of the sleep aides are sold in 25 mg doses. This allows you to take it twice a day and get a little better coverage without as much sleepiness.

Remember FH, I don't wish it to take effect as it pooped on me. On the last three weeks on it i was feeling like shit. It's only to make the withdrawal smoother.
The benadryl is not for sleep but for anxiety. Sleeping is not a problem at this point in time. Thanks for your concern.♥
Thanks Liz♥

much more
I understand. I wasn't referring to take effect as and ad. But only to have an effect on stabilizing the withdrawal. Benadryl, like many antihistamines, is not only for sleep but are also anxiolytic, which means it treats anxiety as well. By dividing the dose you won't get as drowsy and still get some anti-anxiety effect.

No flooding here but dark sky, not too much rain.
The sky is something to watch! Thunder etc. We are in alert most of the time for heavy winds, can't translate, but dangerous weather.

I love the rain. Not four days in a row though!
And that humidity you are talking about FH, uggghhh, right!
I guess I did translate with the word dangerous Liz. Not dangerous Liz of course. Talk about that turtle... Not a snapping one, I hope.
You will get FH's appetite or the BBQ going! I can see him salivate♥

truthfully speaking
Sorry, all - baseball game last nite!
No, I would not eat anything weird - unless you consider herring weird!
The turtle I helped across the road (with traffic waiting!) was quite large - probably about 1 foot across and looked rather old, judging from looks of it's shell - kinda beat up! Don't think it was a snapping turtle - all it did when I was carrying it was move it's feet! He is now OK and think I saved his life!

course correction
"Say Captain, don't you think we need a slight course correction toward the south to avoid flying into that mountain?"
"What mountain?"
