in store?

Is 2 weeks long enough for it to take effect?  Thought it could be at least  4...

Saw therapist today and she thought it could take that long too - I am so sick of this whole thing!

Store closed

I agree with your therapist here. After 4 weeks into Zoloft, I felt a big difference.

My moto was as long as I don't feel worse than before, I had nothing to lose. Because the before thing was like 2 good days out of eight.

Hang in there Liz, you did have stomach issues and ibs issues before starting the B. I do understand how sick and tired about this, I felt the same.♥ and a kiss for Max. Hope you can enjoy your game just the same!

Thanks, Gail!  I will hang in until I see the Dr. on the 30th.  Oy!  No fun here...

Was wonderful to see the Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup on their home ice!  Woohoo!!!

Max says thank you and he enjoyed the game immensely! :)

Dog Groomer coming this morning to spruce up Bentley and Sherman - It's so hot so they will be shaved!  Max says "no thanks"!

Daily reminder

Yes! You won the series, happy for you.

As for the boys, shaving will be appreciated with the hot temperature.

I did shave my hear to 4 millimeters two days ago as I do each year.
I have such thick hair, real thick, like wearing a hat all the time.

Hang in for a while on the B. ♥♥

reminder forgotten

Yes Liz, the 4 weeks is accurate but usually the severe digestive issues are pretty well subsiding by week two. If you are not having any relief then that is not a good sign for the long run.

Forgotten forever

Hi FH, a quick reminder, Liz did have those digestive issues for many months before. I really don't think that the B is responsible for those issues.

PS my daughter will have to stick it out with the help of benadryl for the time being, thanks!

Gone where

Dentist went well. Over for this year.

Annie is suffering from PTSD, witnessed something horrible two days ago. When she closes her eyes, this scene is ever present. She is in shock. Time will ease this. ♥

Yep, they are all missed much - her stories were hilarious - she should be a writer!

Oh Gail, now I can focus all my attention on baseball!  The Chicago Cubs!  I even pay extra for my cable during the baseball months so I never miss a game!

There goes

Baseball, hockey, football, I wish I would be interested in that.
Did not grow up with parents that were interested in sports.

So that leaves me with Dr House, The doctors and any medical programs.
There is a soap in between and a few movies. And all of you♥

goes away

I have heavy duty massage today and acupuncture tomorrow.  Sure wish all of this pain goes away...

Gail, enjoy your medical shows - I know a lot of people who watch those.  I am probably a rather odd female with all the sports I watch!  My boys were both swimmers and I wish I had a nickel for every hour I spent driving to and sitting at pools!  BTW, how is your daughter doing?

Hey FH - what's up with the Cardinals and the hacking?  That was certainly strange news.  And they are currently the best team in baseball  !

away and

I was surprised by that. Why would anyone risk that kind of illegal scandal against a team that at the time a little league team could beat. They say it happened before the current GM and head coach took over. It will be interesting to see how it comes out. If true they need to fry the people involved.

And then

And then it calmed down. Thanks for asking Liz, Annie just sent a word to say she was much better. Thank God for her resilience. No need of meds.

Speaking of flying cardinals, finally saw two this week.

Liz, seems like you gotta hurt first before feeling better.
Bonne soiree just the same. Hello FH!

then wonder

I really then wonder when things will ever get better!  Had the painful massage today and my hip is killing me.  Also picked up my last RX for Hydrocodone as the GP's can no longer prescribe - Has to be a Pain Management Dr. and I don't think that will happen for me.

So happy that Annie is doing better - she appears to be one strong gal!

Glad you finally saw your cardinals -  am seeing  mine often now.  It will be 6 years since I lost my daughter next week and I think that she is sending them.

Hi Gail

Really glad to hear that Annie is feeling better. It will still be up and down for a while but she is your 'wonder woman' so she will be alright.

Women men

Thanks you guys for thinking about Annie, she sure is a wonder woman.

If I had a sixth of her gut, I would be happy with that.

Liz, consult Dr Fishinghat for alternatives. It's unthinkable to be in so much pain. Is that Fibromalgia?

Cardinals are our sweet spot. And butterflies of course!

men don't

Probably my age, but men don't seem to be very numerous any more...

My pain is mostly fibromyalgia but I am hoping that the acupuncture is helpful - I go today.  The other problem is the osteoarthritis in my left foot.  It has improved since the cortisone shots last week and hope that they will last a while.

I am now seeing one or both cardinals every day!  :)

She talks

She talks endlessly!

Acupuncture doesn't really give me any real "feeling" afterwards...  Just aware that certain painful areas are not so much so! :)

Sorry you had a crappy day, Gail - I hope that tomorrow will be better - and it's :D Friday!!

Talks nonstop

At least you feel a small benefit!

Much back to normal today, thank God!♥

PS The neighbor is pretty quiet. He just offered me a small glass of Porto. From one balcony to the other. Geez, that stuff was good, never drank it. Tequila will be on my next list.
