times improving
Morning, FH!
Yep, watching the game at home is sure more relaxing... Max says he misses you, Gail, and hopes to visit again soon!
Yesterday was the day from hell as my car crapped out in the parking lot of the Acupuncturist's. This was about 5pm and they are supposed to pick me up at 1030 this morning - all fixed! Thanks to my oldest son for helping me out! Hopefully today will be a better day. Mani and pedi this afternoon!
Yep, times improving...

unsure when
Everything else is pretty good right now. Like most I have occasional bouts of anxiety but not severe. Everything else on the physical was normal. Just waiting for the iodine to slowly drop.
Give the clonidine a couple weeks and you should be able to go up some more. Next time you decide to tweek it up you might increase the evening dose instead of the morning dose. That way if you do get sleepy you will sleepy through most of it.

nothing sure
The drs I have talked to have two opinions. As long as you didn't have serious side effects the first time you were on it then anytime is OK. Others have told me that one should be off the med (any psych med) for at least two years before going back on it. This will give your body to recover from any changes the medicine may have caused. I would rank there expertise right up there with their knowledge of Cymbalta withdrawal however.

sure enough
You are all sure enough a bunch of comedians today!
FH, I would agree with you on the doctor's "expertise"...
TM, a foot long fetish
Gail - we don't want a tie tomorrow nite (oh, Please! no 7th game!) - we want to win and take the cup - especially sweet playing in Chicago! Thanks, FH!

enough water
A great part of California doesn't have enough water.
I agree with FH in that if you didn't have problems with the drug, reinstatement will likely be less of a problem. It's always a dilemma deciding what dosage to re-start at. From what I've read, start back at or near the dosage where you last felt stable, and taper back on slowly from that point.
You may reinstate successfully-- meaning your quality of life improves and you don't have an adverse reaction-- but you may be in a different place mentally and emotionally than you were when previously on the drug. As we've talked about before, it's all a gamble whether you're starting, stopping, or reinstating these drugs-- there are no guarantees.
It is thought that reinstatement after very long-term exposure (10 years and beyond) is less likely to be successful, and a different drug may have to be tried.

attitude adjustment
Unfortunately, I think I need an attitude adjustment. This bupropion is still making me sick and today I had a half a turkey sandwich and am still feeling sick. Just the thought of food is horrible! So between the IBS problems and not being able to eat, not so sure this is a good med for me. Have been on it for over 2 weeks now. Lost over 4 lbs. the last 2 weeks. Maybe I should give it more time and the Dr. doesn't want to see me til the 30th.
I hope the Hawks win, but wish I could enjoy the game more...
Gail, the thought of that food is too much
