Yep, too fast! I couldn't sleep, had IBS, and then around 4 am I sensed this horrible ominous fear that shook me to the bone. I'm better now that the sun is up. so I have started back to 20 mg.

Will you be slowly bead counting your way down from the 20, Cse?  There is no time line, so please go slowly! 

We had one member who could only remove 1 bead each day, but she made it!  She has been off for almost a year now!

The lower you get, usually the harder it gets - please remember to just stay where you are until you feel stable before you reduce any further.

I am doing quite good, finally found my way out with the help of the Z. I am quite content with the results. Made a too big drop on the V, five days ago,but now it has passed!

This saga about my neighbor should be the last episode.

He was there again at my door yesterday, and what I said to him was pretty cold. He wanted a cigarette, and I said no. Gave him the phone number of the distributor. I hate doing this, but if he leaves me alone, it will be worth it!

Grace Cathedral 

 

Episcopal Cathedral atop Nob Hill in San Francisco. One of my favourite places on the continent! It has two labyrinths, one inside and one out. Both are based upon the iconic labyrinth at the medieval cathedral in Chartres, France.

Does it have cathedral paintings on the ceilings as well, TM? I wish I had known about that, as I have been to San Fran many

times and even Nob Hill but never knew about the Cathedral.  How I wish I had seen that!
