Planning works
That day planning works, right Gail?
Hi everyone!

hard question
I just asked a rather hard question here regarding my fibromyalgia. I have one of those painful massages tomorrow, but I feel that I must do more to alleviate the pain which is really getting worse.
Good plan for tomorrow, FH! Wish I could do some of those things - I love to plant flowers, but find myself in too much pain to do much of anything physical!

broken arrow
To lose or miss an object of great importance. She couldn't find her diamond engagement ring and declared a broken arrow.
Also (perhaps fictional) a term used to declare a lost or missing nuclear weapon!
Liz-- some withdrawal-related? Arthritis is nasty; I'm so sorry.

aging cream
I tried some expensive aging cream, and it really works-- I look older!
Liz, see if the aches and pains go away in a few days. Get a good sleep-- take something to make you sleep if you have to. You might find a good long night's sleep followed by a luxurious warm bubble bath with a glass of sherry will limber you up. The sherry at 0700? Hell, (as Jimmy Buffett said, "It's 5 O'clock Somewhere"!)
And forget about the timeline (14 months) and just see what hand you are dealt each morning.
Good night.

Chicago town
"Hog butcher for the world,
Tool maker, stacker of wheat,
Player with railroads and the nation's freight handler;
Stormy, husky, brawling,
City of the big shoulders."
From "Chicago" by
Carl Sandburg, 1916
