Hey TFL, If you don't mind me asking, what part of Florida do you live in?

People have been buying various pythons and boas for pets and when they get to big they turn them loose in the wild. They had their first legal hunt this year and the biggest one killed was 19 feet long. They also have wild populations of tegu (a violent aggressive lizard), green parrots and many many species of tropical fish.

Yikes! No pythons here - they're still in the Everglades but really destroying the eco system. Some are so large that they can consume a whole deer in one gulp - gads, I hate snakes! These guys are multiplying so fast it is really disgusting! They are not indigenous to FL so really wreaking havoc with the wild life
It is hilly where I live - called 'the ridge' - over 1000 lakes in this area (Polk County)
Took too long to answer here - had to change my words!
