Clearglass: I like the nickname crapalta too. I think I borrowed it from fishinghat or maybe it was Fiventotions or...LOL Lauging again!!

EQ woman I wanted to share the hot flash issue with you. I read here somewhere along the lines that it is ever so pronounced with the lack of the ssnri in our systems. I am sure mine are less and less every day...

TryinginFL I am positive your dtr-in law is going to make a FINE nurse!!!

My positives for today are....I came close to sleeping through the night....was able to get to sleep relatively easy, was wide awake for fewer hrs in the middle of the night, and woke up feeling great....and, I went to my yoga class today (had to miss last week because I felt so lousy) and noticed much improvement in my balance and coordination....also, my friend who's giving me her old bicycle emailed to tell me that she's taken it to a cycle shop to have them "tune it up" and will deliver it to me sometime next week....

Also, today makes three days in a row without the optic neuritis pain...

Just have to share this with all of you! I got an email today from my Catholic priest friend...he ended it with this blessing:

" May God heal you, and hence, give you the ability to generate serotonin...in Jesus' Name. +++"

Hehehehe

FN....wonderful and exciting positives for you today!  You are so lucky to be getting that "tuned up" bike :)  It should bring you much happiness in the way of exercising...

And congratulations on your finally getting more restful sleep and WOW - the yoga class!!  So proud of you - you are sure doing some great stuff for yourself! :D

Hugs and prayers,

Very groggy today; between the crapalta withdrawal and the clonazepam in the morning.  I also heard from someone who's son took his own life.

I know these things are not positive, so I find a way to laugh. When worse comes to worse, I find a way to laugh, so I'm sharing 2 videos that make me laugh every time.

Just wanted to post my positives for today....

Went to church and cried again, but the sermon was as if taken directly from the movie Son of God - very moving.

I have been feeling good physically and after almost 8 weeks off this crap, I hope the bad days will be few :)

Good night and my thoughts and prayers are with you all,

Liz

It's positively more fun to go out and start the car with the temperatures getting up in the twenties and higher..yippee

I positively survived the Ides of March yesterday..yippeeee

And this winter has been positively disgusting!!! The only thing truly positive is I am curled up in front of my TV set and do NOT care what the weather is outside!!!

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping
And I've bought some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate going out in the storm
But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still good-bying
But as long as you love me so
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

TryinginFL. .lol lol...Yes I love going out in temperatures above 20 to start the car..lol lol. Best part will be when the temp reaches about 50 degrees I don't have to start it at all..lol lol

Yes washed the kitchen and bathroom floors today. .I usually do it daily, a light wash with the swifter wet jet. .lol lol lol...where I am at the present moment has more carpeting than floors...My previous home and my son's home was all natural hardwood flooring...Keeping those floors clean were a constant chore...Although I used the Bona system on those floors..lol lol lol

Whether it be carpeting or hardwood, it's positively a cleaning chore..lol lol lol

Now I positively know why today as been so off...Today is the full mooon
People have positively been acting very heightened today. .Then I saw it was the full moon starting at 6pm...

Well that explains the heightened activity of people who are out and ones who won't even come out..lol lol..

At least we positively know why today we are more 'off' than yesterday. .lol lol...:)

My positives for the day...felt good enough to go visit my nursing home buddy....and to travel the hour both ways on public transportation...I know, it's a nutty amount of travel time rather than take a cab, but I actually enjoy it...find it very relaxing to people and scenery watch.... And, while there, my eyes felt good enough to be able to read to said friend for almost three hours straight....

But Holy Crapalta, what happened to our weather? I didn't check it before I left home...and I walked out of the nursing home into a snow storm... I was positively not dressed for it....

FN...what a positive!  Making the long round trip via public transportation to read to your friend for 3 hours :)

Wonderful that you could take almost your whole day and give to someone you care for.  Sorry about the weather - saw it on the news and all I can say now is stay warm and relax!!

As always, hugs and prayers,
