Has anyone taken anything that really helps with anxiety? I feel like I have a constant knot in my gut and I can't take much more! Trying to limit my use of Xanax as I don't want to trade one addictive medicine for another!

If you want something natural there is a homeopathic remedy called Calms Forte they are amazing and help you sleep also. Or another product I use regularily is called Back Rescue Remedy its a liquid so you can use it as often as you need to with no side effects. You just drop 3 drops under your tongue. Believe me thru the yrs this has always worked for me.

I use kava kava tincture and skullcap tincture (got them both from Whole Foods, but you can also make your own MUCH cheaper... though it takes a few months).
I use the kava kava tincture when I'm feeling funky and anxious. I use the skullcap two or three times a day as a mild relaxant and because it is helpful during withdrawal.
I also take the "Natural Calm" magnesium supplement 3 times a day... it has REALLY helped relax my muscles (had very tense neck and back since starting Cymbalta).
