[Macadamia]

I have been on 30 mg. Duloxetine for about 7 years. Five months ago I started having night sweats. My gynecologist thinks it's the Duloxetine. My primary care physician and psychiatrist agree that the Duloxetine could be causing the sweats. Anybody heard of developing night sweats after being on Cymbalta for years?

 

Also, since I've considering tapering I looked at the ebook in the medical support forum. The Duloxetine I'm on is manufactured by Citron. This pharmaceutical company is not listed in the ebook as a manufacturer of Duloxetine. I'm not sure why this is.

I expect the book is not updated with this pharma, but we do have it listed on the site as we like to take stock of an approximate number of beads each pharma uses, and Citron are mentioned in this thread;

Regarding the sweating, it is a possibility for sure. Users have experienced sweating as a reaction on start-up and frequently during withdrawal, but there are plenty of mentions by other members here that say they have sweating outside of start-up and withdrawal. Three examples below;

So whilst I cannot be completely sure, as I said, I wouldn't rule it out as a potential reason for your own suffering.

I agree with IUN. Members have mentioned night sweats fairly often when taking Cymbalta.
