Unluckily yes, perfectly normal. Soon the nausea/GI issues may be replaced with emotional swings. Any signs of that yet?  Gravol and  ginger seem to help the digestive issues and meclizine (Dramamine) can help the dizziness for many members.

I did have some pretty bad mood swings last week, but attributed it to pms (although it was worse than usual)

This week I feel quite sad some moments during the day.

The ashwaghanda is still working well at night. I stopped it for 1-2 weeks and started it again and I'm so happy you all suggested that

Thanks again!

Good to hear from you, and that the ashwagandha is still hitting the spot.

As said, ginger will do wonders, but as I say to a lot of people, don't bother with the pre-made ginger tea - there simply isn't enough substance in there. You need to get yourself some raw stem ginger and grate this into a teapot, or a diffuser directly. Sweeten with sugar or honey as required and have 3-4 cups a day. Too much may cause GI issues in itself, but you will be fine with doses of this level.

As Hat said, you are truly blessed with a relatively straight forward withdrawal. I am very happy for you
