Hi all,

Did anyone try this probiotic?
https://www.amazon.c...628c0f2_p_1_i_p

Does it contain any stimulant as i'm very sensitive to caffeine and stimulants in general?

Any recommendation for a certain probiotic to return gut to normal after cymbalta?

Bat,

This is more Hat's territory, but you are highly unlikely to have stimulant effects from pre or probiotics. Looking at the additional active ingredient of GOS (galactooligosaccharide), it has been well received in studies to reduce anxiety and stress;

So from my mind, it looks quite safe. Not artificial anything or fillers and a standard cellulose capsule. I would await Hat's input, but looks fine to me.

I agree with IUN. Should be OK. In recent years there has been a lot of research as to what each species of intestinal bacteria has what effect on our bodies. These species have all been linked to lowering depression and anxiety as well as a sense of well being. i would be interested in seeing what effect this has on your situation. It can take up to 2 months to see significant improvement from probiotics.
