I'm New With A Few Questions

Lately I've been having memory issues, tinnitus is twice as loud, and I've always had the nervous feeling everyday until about 5pm (I take mine at 9am). I came off Keto about three months before starting (Thanksgiving killed that idea) in 2019 but did very well on it. I've started it back up about 6 weeks ago and have lost 15 lbs, which I honestly believe has resulted in the aforementioned symptoms though weight loss and fat loss. Now that I've finally found out that you can taper I'm off this crap along with the Singulair (monteleukast) which just got an FDA box for causing major anxiety and depression (I think this all started when I started Singulair 5-6 years ago as that's when my uncontrollable anxiety started). The only other drug I take is Losartan for high BP.
I started tapering myself by weight going 5% 4 days ago. I figured I'd maybe go three weeks to see. I have a cornea transplant up in Mid December, but I've had 4 already over the lst 40 years so it doesn't make me too worried. I'd rather go 10% but wanted to cautious this first drop. My GP Dr. has the usual 2-3 month taper scenario and although it might work, it seems for a lot it doesn't, or maybe just the ones it doesn't work for are the ones who say something about it. Hopefully I can continue to get the same generic brand with the beads, but years of tapering make the scenario of it changing a real possibility.
Anyway, on the the questions already you windbag!
A 60mg taper will take approximately 90 weeks given no setbacks at 10% ? Twice that long obviously for 5%? Whew!!! 11 months for 3 years of misery seems like a bad trade. I got ripped off!
Are these gelcaps fine to use, or do you need enteric coated capsules? There seems to be some disagreement on this. I know the beads should be coated (I use Rising Health generic duloxetine).

I've got Suntheonine and Jarrow Magmind (mg L-threonate). Typically put a pinch of Himalayan salt in some water everyday as Keto can lower your electrolytes. I usually drink 24 oz of water with a tsp of Braggs ACV everyday as well. Take C8:C10 MTC oil for keto too. Anything else to look at that might help?
Does anyone recommend a good brand of omega-3? Link to Amazon would be great as we live in a very rural area and just have Walmart and a grocery store.
Also, I cannot get signed in on my phone at all. I use the sign in and it shows me as a user at the bottom, but I'm never actually signed in.

Welcome Blooze
Rising Health beads are enteric coated and the capsules you mention are fine but the enteric capsules are better. If you start having a lot of digestive issues then you may have to switch to the enteric (acid resistant) capsules.
The supplements sound like a good start considering the Keto.
I used the...

Omega 3. 2 or 3 capsules a day with meals.
Sorry, I can't help you with the phone issue. I am older than dirt and just not that cell phone smart. lol

Yes Blooze, there is a list of enteric capsules that members have used. If you have trouble finding them just let me know.
I must be daft. I’ve been searching the site for 30 minutes and the only list I found was which cymbalta/duloxetine brands have enteric coatings.

Well the list included 4 links but when I tried them only one link was good...

You can also do a search on Amazon for enteric or acid resistant capsules. There will be a lot of other junk to look through but you can find them that way.

Sorry for my late arrival to the party.... Had a very stressful week....
First up, a belated welcome to you Blooze, and well done for acknowledging the issue of the pills before too long.
Regarding the cell phone issue, I assume you are using an iPhone. Unfortunately, there are a few issues with the forum software used and the later iPhones for which we can only apologise. The owner of the site, who is also the developer has quite a lot with his own day job etc, so we are grateful for what we have at present. But hopefully will be updated and fixed shortly.
Looks like you have been covered with the enteric coating question, but if in doubt, always go with the enteric coating. I remember the last time I looked at your eBay over the pond I had difficulty finding anything, when there was an abundance over here in the UK. Not idea why that was. I still have a load left over from my days of tapering.
