Community Status Updates

i was stupid and went from 40mg to 20 mg for a few days and then nothing. I reinstated the day after back to 40mg. The withdrawl symptoms went away after a few days but then the cymbalta flu continued for 3 weeks. I am now at the end of 4 week and feel better but not 100%.
