Community Status Updates

I am new. Doc wants me to taper off 30 mg. Cymbalta. He suggested going down 50% for 2 weeks, 25% for 2 weeks, and then 25% for another 2 weeks. I see that this site suggests tapering at 10% by counting beads. Is that reduce 10% every 2 weeks? Thanks.
