Community Status Updates

New here....hoping for moral support while I am struggling with nasty withdrawals. I was on Cymbals for about 8 years. Went down from 60 mg. to 30, without any problem, so asked my doctor how to wean the rest of the way off. He told me to take one every other day for a week, and then I could quit. Holy moly. That was about 2 weeks ago, and have been going through hell ever since. Dizziness, severe mood swings, can't sleep at night because I feel like there are bugs crawling on me. And, oh...
