AND I would like to say that the List Your Symptoms forum has been a great help to me....everyday something new crops up and I'm finding out from the forum that its just another symptom. Today, on day 15, I am experiencing 20 different symptoms, the worse being numbness in my face and tongue, and nausea. I get hungry, eat, and regret it immediately..I had green beans tonight and I am miserable. The good news is after two weeks, the brain zaps are unnoticeable..not gone, but almost gone...

Right now my question is will these symptoms ever go away...or am I going to have to live with them. After two weeks I have every symptom I have read about on this forum except for two. The numbness really had me worried that I had a mini stroke or something. Has anyone gotten through it to the point they don't have symptoms anymore?

First of all, I just realized I misspelled deceived...I don't think that is related to going of cymbalta. :) I am new to this forum, but I found it because I was looking for confirmation that I wasn't going completely crazy. I had experienced the zaps before so I thought that was all I woul...

Hello fellow Cymbalta sufferers, I'm new here and haven't learned the site yet but be patient with me. Of course any help is appreciated. I quit Cymbalta cold turkey on Aug.19 2012. I am completely miserable! I have been on the 30mg for around 5 years. I knew I'd have a little trouble coming off of it because when I would forget 1 dose, this evil stuff let me know it! I was calling the main side effect "brain zaps" and had not read about them anywhere before then. ...

Can't believe it was 2 months yesterday since I have taken ANY Cymbalta at all!! Feeling more like myself, still have some uneasy times, but 4 the most part, I feel better :) I wish all of you the same success that I have had, and remember...not even "just a little", that will only delay the inevitable.
