Up one day flat on my back the next !. I experienced a great day ( by our standards ) two days ago & allowed myself to enjoy every moment & yes you guessed it , I overdid it & was back on my back the next day . I learned a lesson @ least , " take the good with the bad " but take it easy still.

well i have snapped and gave in, i am now taking flueoxitine, i could not cope withe the symptoms any longer, so on friday i phoned the doctor in tears, and refused to be put back on to cymbalta, as this was the first thing he offered me, NO WAY 4 WEEKS OFF HELL, ILL NEVER TOUCH THAT DRUG AGAIN, then over the weekend i was having severe pain in my groin area thought it was withdrawls till it woke me during the night i was doubled over, so went to a

So I am finding this very helpful. I have been in the process of weaning myself off the drug for about a month now. My pills ran out on the last thursday...I had a few beads and took some because I felt like leftover crap. They helped a bit. All day I just layed on the couch and felt like I had the flu, fever, chills, sweats, dizzy, lower GI stuff. I couldn't get online at home to see if this was what everyone here is calling withdrawls. I started taking Cymbalta 60mg about 5 years ago for fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue. I was also taking Flexeril, Lyrica and Trazadone. The Lyrica was stopped and the Flexeril wasn't much help, but the Trazadone helped me sleep at 200mg each night. A sleep study confirmed no stage 2 or 3 sleep during the night.
