I have been on Cymbalta (Duloxetine) for about a year and a half now for depression, and just yesterday I lessened my dosage from 60mg to 30 mg as requested by my doctor. I have been feeling pretty okay so far. Off and on today I have been feeling some dizziness which I originally attributed to being hungry, but now I am unsure. yipy ki ay it only took 3 weeks by by cymbalta you devil drug and thank u endep it worked for me and im so glad it did good luck people you can do

I wasn't that scared till I started reading all of this! Now I'm terrified. In two steps I've gone from 180 to 120, just dropping from 150 to 120 yesterday. Headachy, zappy and not tired at 1:51am (in Australia)!

Absolutely. .staying focused is key. ..When you need to get centered to focus, do a quick sense test...what do you see, what do you smell, what do you hear, what do you taste, what do you feel (not emotions but feeling through touch)..keep this up and you will always be centered and focused...
